underwhelming experience
faulty air conditioning limited menu
my room's air conditioning was faulty it was a beautiful double room. i reported it but the issue wasn't resolved quickly. the room service menu also needed more vegetarian options. it felt limited and not very creative for a hotel of this supposed caliber

really good stay
heated floors friendly staff attentive service king bed
I loved the bathroom's heated floors. It was a welcome feature. the staff separated the king bed into twins for my friend and me. That was helpful. the entire staff is friendly, and i felt well-treated . i appreciated the attentiveness.
the air conditioning was not working perfectly, though i am sure they are fixing it quickly.

The drawing room offers a distinct ambiance for relaxation and conversation. Its decor provides a refined and calming environment. heated floors in the bathrooms are a welcome feature. I found this addition to be luxurious. the hotel also provides dependable air conditioning.

cigarette smell non-working air conditioning small room poor cleaning
My room was located above the smoking section and I noticed a cigarette smell throughout the day. The air conditioning was not working, and I couldn't open the windows to air out the room. All my clothes smelled of cigarettes after my stay.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room I had was too small. Cleaning was not good. I noticed clothing labels left from previous guests.

mixed feelings about this hotel
disappointing facilities maze navigation
the location was acceptable. the bar service was nice.
I did not like my room. the facilities were disappointing. getting to my room reminded me of navigating a maze. I had to take the elevator to the third floor, go down stairs, walk through a corridor, then up more stairs before finally reaching my room. it was quite an ordeal

The location is quite convenient. It allows easy access to many attractions. the staff maintained a high level of professionalism and courtesy. the cleanliness of the room was also satisfactory.
i found that the lift operated slowly, servicing the entire building. my room was quite small, lacking some amenities in the bathroom. the breakfast buffet wasn't very extensive, especially given the price.
